Paula Olivarez
Lead HR Generalist
Paula Olivarez is the Lead HR Generalist at "the" Victory Employer Services, bringing a wealth of experience from her background in education. She holds a Bachelor degree in University Studies with a concentration in Integrative Studies from Texas Tech University, with minors in English, Communication, and Human Development & Family Studies.
Paula previously worked with Waco Independent School District as a teacher, substitute teacher, and elementary librarian aide, where she honed her skills in instructional strategies and student assessment. Her diverse experience informs her approach to human resources, ensuring a balanced and empathetic perspective in her work.
